At Bair Pediatric Dentistry, your children’s dental health is our first priority. Our goal is to provide the highest quality dental services in a relaxing and fun environment. We treat every patient with care and compassion and pay extra attention to parents’ concerns of as we tailor our clinical treatment for each individual patient. Dr. Bair and his staff take every measure to make your child’s introduction to the dental office a pleasant, stress-free and rewarding experience for both you and your child. Scheduling an Appointment
Our office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience. Preschool children should be seen in the morning because they are more awake, and we can work more slowly with them for their comfort. School children with a lot of homework should be seen in the morning for the same reason. Dental appointments are an excused absence, and missing school can be minimal when regular dental care is scheduled.
Since appointed times are reserved for each patient, we ask that you please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you must cancel. Another patient could be scheduled if we have sufficient time to notify them. We realize that unexpected things happen, but we ask for your assistance in this regard.

Insurance Information
Bair Pediatric Dentistry has preferred provider status for United Concordia, Delta Dental, MetLife, AETNA, Guardian and Cigna Insurances.
If your child is covered under a dental insurance plan that our office is not in network for, our staff will be glad to submit insurance documents on your behalf so that you get the maximum allowable reimbursement from your insurance provider.
We do not participate with any HMO or DMO plans. For patients without dental insurance, payment for dental services is due at the time that treatment is provided. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan that gives your child the best possible care, and fits into your timetable and budget. For payments, we gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, along with cash and personal checks.
Bair Pediatric Dentistry participates with Care Credit to help patients get the treatment they need with an interest free payment plan.

Sedation For Your Child
To provide your child with the most comfortable dental experience possible, our office offers patients the opportunity to receive Nitrous Oxide (commonly referred to as laughing gas) or Intravenous Sedation (a twilight sleep) in a safe and carefully monitored setting. For patients that would benefit from the 'twilight sleep' type of sedation, our practice utilizes the specialty training of a certified dental anesthesiologist that is fully licensed to provide your son or daughter with a safe and comfortable clinical experience and allow Dr. Bair to focus solely on providing the highest quality treatment. Your child will still retain full control of his or her body, but will be in a relaxed, sleepy state, and in many instances, will not remember the details of the procedure. Only relatively short-acting medications are used, allowing all patients to be fully alert by the time you’re ready to accompany them home.
